Edwin R. Garces, Certified Bachelors Accountant, is a 15 year veteran of the financial and operational accounting, and public and international auditing industries. His areas of expertise include consultation on financial reporting and operational systems, personal and corporate tax planning, business and personal management and controllership responsibilities.

His prior experience includes 4 years with Glen J Belush, CPA; 3 years with Fleet Bank Financial (the second biggest bank in the eastern United States) -- now Bank of America -- as Branch Operations Manager; 4 years with PJ's Construction Inc ($20 million in revenue) as Manager of Internal Audit and Controller; 2 years with South Pacific Corporation (Sisemode Ecuador, Coditeq Colombia, and Siscode Peru) as Corporate Accountant; and 2 years with International Shipping, Co., as Financial Manager Assistant.

Mr. Garces holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Institute Luis N. Dillon of Quito, Ecuador, and also attended the Central University of Ecuador and has a degree in Cost Accounting. He has been a member of the Ecuadorian National Federation of Accountants since 1993. Mr. Garces is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
